@@MikeAndCindyJones I did come there in person and all they had were the Pulte homes that had all two car garages and then there was only one specific model that had a two car garage and one side of it was deep enough to fit two cars in parallel, which is not a true three car garage. And the only other option was Del Webb that was 55+. Lotta false advertising too because they don’t even advertise it being a 55+ neighborhood like I said talking to the sales person for an hour not a single sign anywhere saying oh hey this is 55+ I even gave them feedback letting them know you should probably have signage up and start with that before wasting peoples time. And only only the 55+ homes actually looked gorgeous and the other ones looked like starter homes.

Unfortunately you got bad info. It's not 55+... they may have 1 section that is but this is a very large development

@@MikeAndCindyJones yeah the other section that is not 55+ is Poulty homes instead of Del Webb, which is the same builder but the Poulty homes look like crap compared to the Del Webb homes.

Thank you for making this clear, I keep trying to tell my sisters that. In reference to my deceased father's rental property. Hopefully, when I share this video, they will get it.

Everything I said in this video is true. Every closing in Florida that involves a mortgage requires a homeowners insurance policy be in place to do so. I own two houses in Florida....both have homeowners insurance policies on them. In the past 6 months or so we called around and got our policies reduced. Seems like your issue is with insurance companies... not me. But thanks for watching. I hope your life gets better. ☀️
